PocketBook SURFpad 4 – the new tablet alphabet

PocketBook presents a new PocketBook SURFpad 4 product line, which consists of three octa-core tablets running under the latest Android 4.4 KitKat OS.

Tablets of PocketBook SURFpad 4 series received their letter names depending on the size of the screen diagonal. So, the smallest 7" representative of the line was called PocketBook SURFpad 4 S, a tablet with a 7,85" diagonal - PocketBook SURFpad 4 M, and the device with a 9,7" screen - PocketBook SURFpad 4 L. All three tablets are made of anodized metal alloy and have comfortable soft-touch inserts.

PocketBook SURFpad 4 M and PocketBook SURFpad 4 L models received IPS displays with resolution of 2048x1536, and the 7-inch version PocketBook SURFpad 4 S got a screen with a resolution of 1920x1200, which is more than FHD (Full High Definition) format. The screen aspect ratio of PocketBook SURFpad 4 S is 16:10 and of the models PocketBook SURFpad 4 M and PocketBook SURFpad 4 L – 4:3, which makes the device as comfortable as possible not only to watch videos, but also for "browsing" and viewing the photos.

A graphic quad-core processor is great for fans of the latest computer games. All three devices have 2 GB of RAM for better performance, and the internal flash drive is 16 GB expandable by micro SDHC and SDXC memory cards. PocketBook SURFpad 4 L has megacapacious 8000 mAh battery, while the PocketBook SURFpad 4 M and PocketBook SURFpad 4 S received 4000 mAh batteries, which is more than enough to forget about searching a charger at the most interesting moments of the film or while communicating online.

New tablets received: gravity sensor, dual-band Wi-Fi, a full 3G Internet via micro-sim cards and Bluetooth 4.0. These features allow users to be online anytime anywhere and provide limitless opportunities for communication. Also, all three models are equipped with a built-in GPS, which allows to use the tablet as a navigator. PocketBook SURFpad 4 line supports Miracast a peer-to-peer wireless screencasting standard, which enables to broadcast even of the "heaviest" video and audio content to other devices in real-time.

PocketBook SURFpad 4 is equipped with the two cameras - a main (8 MP) with autofocus to create high resolution images and the front (2 MP) focusfree - for video calls. Speakers at the front panel on both screen sides provide the volumetric stereo sound. One can listen to their favorite radio not only online, but also via integrated FM tuner. In addition, all three devices have standard audio mini jacks.

Also, PocketBook SURFpad 4 line received a package of preinstalled PocketBook applications.

The set comes with a brand PocketBook 2A charger for speed charging and USB cable.
